We work between mainland China and Korea: sourcing goods for Korean buyers, and helping Korean brands sell in China.
How we work
- Every order has a written contract or order confirmation, an invoice and shipping records.
- We pay and receive money only through our company bank accounts. We do not accept cash or payments from third parties.
- Before ordering, we check each supplier's business documents and product compliance statements.
- We do not trade in controlled or high-risk goods.
A note from our founder
Most of the problems I have seen in cross-border trade start with small misunderstandings, such as a specification that each side read differently or a payment term nobody wrote down. I set up Yusen HK to keep those things clear.
We answer in the language our partner uses and put every order in writing. Payments go only through our company bank accounts. With a new partner we would rather start with a small order and do more once both sides know each other.
